Flow templates

Available to implementation, reseller, and full_service partners (not affiliate).

A partner flow template is a single saved flow (name + its flow schema) you can reuse across customers — the simplest possible form of reuse: a flat template with no field substitution and no versioning. If you need {{field}} placeholders, per-tenant field values, and version-pinned upgrades across many tenants, that’s the separate Headless product, built for integrators managing many tenant instances rather than partners handing off a starting point.

Create a template

From Partners → Flow Templates, save an existing flow as a template, or start blank. Templates are stored against your partner organization, not any single customer.

Use a template

When setting up a flow inside one of your managed organizations’ projects, choose From partner template in the create-flow dialog. This makes a plain copy of the template’s flow schema into a new flow in that project — there is no ongoing link back to the template, and no automatic update path (edit the resulting flow directly like any other).
