Managed organizations

Available to implementation, reseller, and full_service partners (not affiliate).

A managed organization is a normal standard-type customer organization that carries a back-reference to your partner organization (managingPartnerId). This gives your partner-org members access to administer it — build its flows, configure its phone numbers, and read its analytics — without changing the customer organization’s own type or billing setup.

From Partners → Managed Organizations, create a new organization for a customer. The customer gets a real Nairon organization (they can be invited in as members too); your partner status simply grants your team standing access to it.

Once created, a managed organization behaves like any other from inside it — see the Client guide for day-to-day flow, knowledge base, phone number, and analytics work. The only partner-specific addition is the ability to instantiate one of your flow templates directly into the managed org’s projects from the create-flow dialog.
